I have an iPhone 7 Plus iOS 10.1.1 and this app wont even open. It crashes almost immediately. Fix it!! Was a great app until this happened. Dec 4/16 update - I got tired of waiting for this to be fixed so I deleted it.

since update in October, app does not open...

This app used to work fine but now crashes while trying to open. Im they get this fixed soon.

Just crashes, doesnt even open. Has been like that for quite a while now. #fail

Hey CTV app people. Todays app update says it has minor bug fixes. But how about fixing the major bug that prevents the app from even opening? This update still doesnt address it. The app hasnt worked in iOS 10.1 or later at all!

What is the problem here. Why can you not fix the issue of only being able to view the first video and none of the pictures on every single video? Its been months now since youve mangled this app. Will it ever be fixed? Do advertisers pay you for how many people dont see the ad? If thats the case, then you must raking it in.

Even after the latest update Dec 8, 2016 the app still crashes on startup.

I honestly keep this app installed to see how many times they can update it before they fix it... It still doesnt work, crashes immediately when you open it. No word of a lie this app is the reason I go to CBC for any news now..

Do you no longer care about this app. Everytime I open the app I ge a blue scree with cvt go nothing else. How many times do we have to delete and download before you fix it. thank you.

App freezes on blue CTV screen. FIX IT!!!!

Why have an app that doesnt work? Is your tv station as bad as your app?

Frustrated this app doesnt work anymore. Thought it was me but looks like its not. Sure wish they would try and fix this. Should I try another network???

Crashes on launch, have to delete and reinstall, which loses your settings. Also, not optimized for iPhone 6/6+ sized phones (theyve only been out for three years now).

I appreciate most of this app, but I often have to delete and re download because the Top Stories selection keeps disappearing.

You cannot even open the app it crashes right away

Before you one-star this app for crashing at startup, try deleting the app and then reinstalling. If it tells you to update after installing, please do so. Thank you.

Did Blackberry design this app update? I have deleted and updated and still fails to work....
